3. Resolution Process
• Once the damage is verified, we will offer one of the following:
• A replacement at no extra cost.
• Only Product Value refund, if replacement is not possible.
• Courier Charges Non-Refundable
4. Non-Refundable Situations
• Refunds will not be provided for:
• Damage reported after 1 day of delivery.
• Issues caused by customer mishandling.
• Change of mind or incorrect orders placed.
